Reach the operator

TableMender uses the operator’s existing public contact address: editor@luminesca.net. You can also visit the Luminesca contact page. This is an external contact channel; this website does not run a file-upload support form.

What to include

• The TableMender page and the action that failed.
• Your browser and operating system.
• A few synthetic records that reproduce the problem.
• The selected delimiter and encoding, if relevant.
• What you expected and what you observed.

Do not send customer records, account numbers, credentials or confidential documents. Replace sensitive values with invented examples that preserve the problem.

How a correction is handled

Reports can lead to a reproducible test, a tool fix or an updated guide. There is no guaranteed response time or recovery service. For a damaged business export, retain the original and contact its source system.
